I use BrightHire for day-to-day interviewing and note-taking as well as interview plan creation. It allows me to be fully present during interviews and get a good base set of interview questions. I like the ability to note things during the calls and pinpoint exact timestamps in interviews to flag to hiring teams for review. This feature allows me to share certain snippets of interviews with hiring teams to highlight specific examples or projects without having to type things out or making them do the work to find it. I also found that the initial setup of BrightHire was very easy!

I don’t need to write notes because I pay attention to my candidates. It summarizes interview notes into one clear summary, and I can ask the AI about a specific area of an interview and it will highlight what matters. It’s also easy to navigate, and it’s simple to upload notes into the ATS.
