Brighthire has improved massively over the past six months. It’s a great tool for me when my schedule is overloaded, and it helps me stay on top of the key points mentioned during the interview.

I use BrightHire to record and review all our interviews at Help Scout. It helps us capture transcripts for review, ensuring we ask all the necessary questions in interviews. I love that it gets our scorecards in faster because they are easier to generate and assists in training new interviewers. I often use the clip feature to share real candidate responses quickly with the team, which aids in providing more context and introducing our team to candidates. The tool is pretty easy to use and offers all the features we need to run a great process.

The idea behind Brighthire is great. It integrated with our ATS and would have been a time saver for interview transcripts.
