I find the statistics valuable, especially for coaching fellow interviewers. The statistics such as on-time starts and the ratio of interviewer-to-candidate speaking time are helpful for creating a warm candidate experience. Setting up the trial of BrightHire was fairly easy, and although setting it up for the entire team required more work and time than I initially thought, all the steps themselves were fairly easy.

This functionality really helps us identify where competencies are showing up and what signals the team is getting, enhancing alignment by highlighting these areas in each interview. The use of stars and flags provides insight into what is significant to each interviewer, allowing us to concentrate on these areas in the initial recruiter screens. I also appreciate that hiring managers can populate scorecards and follow questions without needing to toggle between screens. Additionally, the initial setup of BrightHire for our team was very easy.
