I like that the notes are placed directly in the scorecard and are concise and accurate. The process of calling a candidate is very seamless as well.

From a recruiters POV, there are two things that I like best about Brighthire. The first is that we've increased our scorecard submission rate and reduced our time to submit scorecards substantially. Additionally, we know that even if an interviewer doesn't spend a ton of time on their scorecard, we'll have more insight into the conversation. Secondly, given my role specifically, Brighthire Screen has been a HUGE unlock for us. Our hiring targets were incredibly high and we needed a way to ensure that our recruiters weren't spending hours on the phone with candidates who ultimately wouldn't convert to a hire. This has not only enabled the recruiters on my team to have much higher pass through rates after the recruiter screen, but it's freed up a ton of their time to work on other hiring needs/projects as well. I found that with the screen product specifically, it was a really easy setup, and I appreciate the AI functionality that helps make it a seamelss process. The helpful support during the setup of the screen was also appreciated.

I really like how easily it integrates with our ATS. The notes are accurate and well organized, which makes them easy to review later. I’m also a huge fan of how little admin work it requires overall.
