I find the History option very useful as it allows me to see all the steps each person took, like who opened a deal, who made changes and when, and who deleted what. The administration page is also very useful, letting the admin decide which users can make changes and what rights each user has. The initial setup was quite easy because everything is user-friendly and there are a lot of tutorials on the internet.
