Attentive Makes Campaign Setup and Shopify Integration Effortless

|Attentive
Attentive is very easy to use and extremely user-friendly, especially when it comes to setting up campaigns and integrating with Shopify. On my end, the platform’s performance has never been an issue.

Easy to integrate and very easy to use for reporting purposes, now that they have been upgraded. Customer support, Whiteglove, and the account managers have all been great to work with. It’s an ever-evolving service that’s been with us for more than six years already.

I really enjoy how user-friendly Attentive is. At first, when my company suggested that we dive into integrated SMS marketing to complement our existing Email communications, I eye-rolled at the approaching headache of learning a new program. Fortunately, I was very relieved when I began working with Attentive and realized how straightforward, simple, and user-friendly it is to use alongside and in support of our existing communications and programs, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Given the ROI success and overall performance of this platform, I'd highly recommend Attentive to a fellow colleague. Added bonus: their support team has been communicative and supportive throughout the process.
