New AI features (Insights and questions/prompts) have been great for soliciting more feedback and reviewing it effortlessly. Additionally, The advanced reporting capabilities (Spotlight View and Trend Report) have really made the tool more valuable for us. We used to export this information to do the same thing, but now it's all built right into the tool.

The data breakdowns can be as specified as I want them to be and have been very helpful in determining what to focus on. AskNicely allows us to see how each location is doing in comparison, as well as an analysis of our team members to identify areas needing more attention.
