I really like the employer interface, everything is easy to find and process. I also like the customer service chat, it makes it easy to multitask and when you're running a business that's important!

Efficient Payroll with Room for Improved Navigation
I like that I can contact customer service for any problems. It's good for running payroll, handling payroll taxes, and preparing W2 forms, which are useful diagnostics when I have to file or reference how much I'm paying myself in an S corporation. It also helps me figure out my taxes and streamline where the taxes go, as well as manage direct deposit. The initial setup was pretty easy, and talking to a representative in the beginning went fine.

What I like is that everything is available within the same platform, and it’s very easy to navigate. Payroll, paystubs, leave, and benefits are all in one place. It’s straightforward to use overall, and the onboarding process is easy as well.
