Over the past few years, the laws, rules, and regulations for businesses have been updating exponentially and continuously, to the point of being overwhelming. Mineral keeps me up to date with the changes that affect my business directly and also offers a directory for individual states, municipalities - anywhere that might be of interest. As an HR Professional, we're expected to know the employment laws and how they apply to us but we're not lawyers. We need resources like Mineral that not only offer documentation but also free webinars on specific topics. Mineral's platform is user friendly, allowing us to use the search tools without any issues. I rely on Mineral and it's never failed.

The Self-paced learning and quick access to brush up or learn on a topic I needed has been helpful. A new business owner is overwhelmed with a lot to learn and manage along the way, setting a specified time is often a challenge.
