Jams support is top notch. Its hard to find good support.

The dependency mapping is a lifesaver: If a downstream task fails due to an upstream task that has failed, JAMS gracefully stops the task and alerts you of the problems instead of letting the errors propagate.

I like JAMS because it is able to automate tasks like file transfers, which saves time and eliminates errors from manual processes. I appreciate that it monitors the system to know successful and pending tasks and alerts me about unsuccessful attempts. I enjoy being able to create, delete, move, and reschedule tasks, which provides me control and flexibility in case of mistakes. The platform offers various views that give a clear overview of scheduled tasks, jobs, and workflow, which helps in sorting work efficiently. The initial setup is friendly and easy to use, as it communicates and integrates easily with different tools, supports multiple protocols, and doesn't require much coding knowledge.
