Effortless Backup for Linux with Room for Logging Improvements

I am using IDrive to backup my desktop and appreciated how IDrive allowed me to set up my cloud backup with just a few simple clicks. It's just as easy as BackBlaze and a great alternative for Linux users. The ease of use and setup that the Desktop Client provides is the standout feature for me. I was up and running with just a few simple clicks: a few clicks to select the drives and folders, a few more clicks to set up the backup schedule, and we were off to the races. The initial setup of IDrive was very easy, it was just a few clicks and job done.

Failed me when I needed it most!

When I really needed IDrive to work so a sound company could download over a terabyte of music, no matter what we tried and no matter what IDrive's support tried, they were not able to download the files. So I canceled my account with IDrive and the sound company sent me a hard drive and I loaded the digital files on the hard drive and sent it back. IDrive failed me when I needed it most. Yeah, it was easy to upload to IDrive, but if people are not able to download from it, then it is not that useful.

Reliable Backup with Effortless Usability

I love IDrive Online Backup for giving me peace of mind knowing that all of my files on my phone, laptop, and computer are securely backed up all the time. I appreciate that it reduces the risk of data loss, while also allowing me to access work files between devices even while traveling. It provides reliable, secure backup for my devices and runs automatic backups. I particularly enjoy the automatic backups for all my files. The initial setup was extremely easy.
