What I like best about AgencyAnalytics is how easy it makes client reporting by pulling multiple marketing channels into clean, automated, and easy-to-understand dashboards.

I was having a pretty serious issue getting one of the integrations to update, something that we needed for a new client. The support team was so incredibly helpful and quick at finding a fix for this. Diego was a delight in getting things sorted for me.

The pre-sales communications were fabulous. They were very attentive and very responsive to unique queries, and they gave me the time I needed to consider my options. Setting up all clients was a breeze, and then moving to the template or unique report creations flowed almost seamlessly. There are loads of integrations to choose from which has made my client reporting so (so) much better. I love that it integrates with our many Google Business Profiles too, which many others did not. Love seeing how much they're constantly improving the platform with the regular updates to applications, services, integrations and more. I've had a couple of "bug queries" and the response has been so fast (usually within about two minutes). This is exceptional service for the "after sales" period. The staff are so helpful, incredibly polite and provide solutions in plain English. They take the time to ensure you get any issues resolved in the shortest possible time. I couldn't recommend both the product AND the service enough.
