SSE @ AppinventivSimple and useful tool for managing team projects
What I like best about ActiveCollab is that it keeps our project work organized in one place. I use it to create tasks, assign them to team members, set due dates, add comments, and check progress.
It is simple to use compared to Jira, so our team did not need much training. I also like that task updates, files, and discussions stay connected with the project, which reduces follow-ups on email and chat.
For daily project tracking, it is clean, useful, and easy for the team to understand.

The best aspect of this platform is that it combines project management, team collaboration, and time tracking into a single platform. This platform interface is very clean and structured, making it very easy to manage tasks, handle deadlines and the cross team collaboration even without switching between multiple tools. Their built-in time-travelling and invoicing features are specifically for service-based teams. Their integration ecosystem is also very wider.

Para mim, pessoalmente, o ActiveCollab é a melhor ferramenta de gerenciamento de tarefas, pois venho usando-a nos últimos 4 anos. A interface é muito amigável, e criar uma nova tarefa e especialmente tarefas recorrentes é a melhor opção, já que preciso entregar relatórios semanais aos meus clientes, e nunca esqueci nenhum relatório nos últimos 4 anos, pois as tarefas semanais e mensais são criadas e atribuídas automaticamente para mim.
A segunda melhor opção é que podemos editar mensagens em um período de tempo limitado, não sempre que alguém quiser.
Em terceiro lugar, a opção de "reatribuir", que mantém todos informados.
