
ProcureDesk is saving us around four hours each week thanks to its smooth, clean integration with QBO. On top of that, we now have much better front-end visibility and stronger control over the overall process. The AI Chatbot also works very well from a help desk perspective, which has been a genuinely nice added benefit. Finally, the onboarding process was thorough, detailed, and truly helpful.
