# How to compare software without trying them all out? I have tried several booking softwares, and most have great features, but so far each leaves out a critical feature. I wish there was an a la carte menu! That said, I have 2 locations, one with two rooms and possible more rooms to come. I need to be able to book either place, either room, and see it all one one weekly calendar page. I want client communication directly from the software, text and email reminders, SOAP notes. I need the ability to set my schedule, limit when a client can book online (I recently had one schedule one hour in advance, and because I didn't check my email in that hour, I didn't know. And there is no way to fix that in this software!) I'd like to set four hours, or twelve hours - whatever notice I need that day. Or even an always 12 hour notice. Something! I would like to send an automated intake form directly through email to new clients. There is probably more, but that's the basic need.
