What do you like best about Zycus Source-to-Pay?

Zycus S2P is a comprehensive tool especially for tracking your spending, sourcing cycles and right up to managing the contracts. The spending tool is A.I.-backed has the ability to learn from past spending patterns. It is also the most used tool. The Procure-to-Pay systems are quite new and they cannot scan the metadata from invoices, making the P2P system not as smart as the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zycus Source-to-Pay?

I disliked the Supplier management system & the AP automation system the most as it has been quite a challenge dealing with invoices on the P2P system. The supplier management system requires a lot of checks to be filled from the supplier end which is difficult to adopt for the suppliers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User Interface is good, works well for tracking Vendor contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zycus Source-to-Pay?

No API, the only way to integrate is through flat files, welcome to 1986.

The Sell side management of contracts is not well defined. This is better for customers who are managing contracts with Vendors (which we are using as well). There was no solution found during vetting that was strong on both sides of Contract management.

Buy side works OK but vendor is not good at keeping to timelines. Account manager oversold capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
