What we appreciated most about Zupo was their communication. Throughout the entire process, everyone on our team was consistently informed about what was happening we felt like we were actively involved in the process, and they felt like an integral part of our an organization, rather than an external agency. They were very few things we disliked about Zupo. However, if I had to pick something we disliked, it would be that Zupo is an SEO agency that does majority of their work online through Google Meets. But honestly, I don't believe this was a significant issue. Zupo does an excellent job communicating with our team. In addition, they host a local business networking event every quarter providing us the chance to interact with them in person. One of our biggest challenges was driving traffic to our website. We attempted in-house SEO, but none of us were experts. We followed online guides, but at the end of the day, we knew we weren't professionals. Although we managed to drive some traffic, it was nothing extraordinary. So, we started searching for an SEO agency that could help us increase our organic traffic and create industry-related blog post.

Our search began, and we struggled to find a reliable SEO agency we could trust. Eventually, we decided to go with Zupo, and they did not disappoint. After a few weeks of back-and-forth communication, updating, and creating new content, we began to see positive results. We very quickly saw an increase in organic traffic and to this day see organic traffic coming in from the blog posts and strategies that Zupo helped us put together. The team is a pleasure to work with and honestly did not bat an eye at our crazy team and topics of conversation.
