**What do you like best about Zuant?**

I really enjoy the AI functionality, where I can scan a badge of someone attending our booth, and it'll automatically populate with their details. It's particularly valuable for my workflow because it enables me to quickly input new customer information and speeds up the process compared to manually typing in this information. More than anything, it enables me to scan multiple people at the same time. Setting up Zuant was very easy. Just a couple of email registrations, I typed in my code, logged in, and then I could see all the conferences I am attending. It's very easy to use, very simple, and highly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Zuant?**

One recommendation I would have for Zuant is expanding the AI functionality. It should gather information not just from the database but also from the wider Internet. Sometimes participants may not have their email addresses or phone information in the conference database. The app could search online for their details on LinkedIn or academic websites to auto-populate, rather than me having to fill in the gaps myself

**What problems is Zuant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zuant at conferences to capture leads quickly, upload them into our system, and see booth visitors. The AI functionality lets me scan badges to populate details, speeding up data entry and allowing me to scan multiple people at once.

What I like best about Zuant is how it simplifies lead capture at events while still delivering high‑quality, actionable data. The platform is intuitive and fast for booth staff, yet powerful for sales and marketing teams thanks to real‑time syncing, clean integrations, and clear ROI tracking. It genuinely bridges the gap between live events and pipeline impact.

**What do you dislike about Zuant?**

One area that could be improved is post‑event reporting flexibility. While the standard dashboards are useful, having more customizable reporting options—especially for different stakeholder needs—would make follow‑up analysis even stronger. Additionally, some advanced features could be surfaced more clearly for first‑time or infrequent users to reduce the learning curve.

**What problems is Zuant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuant solves the challenge of capturing, qualifying, and routing leads efficiently during live events, where manual processes often lead to slow follow‑up and poor data quality. By enabling fast, structured lead capture and real‑time syncing with CRM systems, it ensures no leads are lost and follow‑up is timely and relevant.
For me, this means better conversations at the booth, smoother handover to sales, and clearer visibility of event impact on pipeline—making events more measurable and commercially effective.

**What do you like best about Zuant?**

I like that Zuant is quick and easy to use with a very intuitive interface. Having the same platform for different trade shows makes things simple, as the booth workers become familiar with the interface and all the features. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the customer service is always top-notch. If we had any questions, our account rep would quickly assist us and offer training via Teams or Zoom.

**What do you dislike about Zuant?**

One of the things that could be improved about Zuant is having to sync the leads across all devices so it updates. It's hard to get our sellers or product managers to remember to do that at the end of every day at the trade show.

**What problems is Zuant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zuant to eliminate paper, helping us be a digital organization. It keeps our team focused on guest interactions at events, and its consistent platform simplifies lead capture at trade shows, making it easy for our staff.

**What do you like best about Zuant?**

I appreciate the systematic structure of Zuant and the quick synchronization of leads. When we talk to customers at the booth, it is important to capture their data quickly and systematically. Scanning business cards and entering the information are crucial for efficient work. The initial setup of Zuant was very intuitive; it was done in a few minutes and the interface is self-explanatory. Parking leads is also a very practical feature.

**What do you dislike about Zuant?**

Often the business card scan does not work so well - improvements could be made here. It would be helpful if the algorithm is adjusted so that the data is captured more reliably. Often the data has to be corrected manually.

**What problems is Zuant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuant helps us quickly and systematically capture customer data and synchronizes leads efficiently. The setup is intuitive and the interface is self-explanatory, which makes it easy to use. One area that could be improved is the business card scanning, as the data often needs to be corrected manually.

**What do you like best about Zuant?**

I love the new AI feature in Zuant. It allows us to scan a badge or use the AI function to capture contact details without manual entry, which is very convenient especially at trade shows where there isn't an API kit available. The AI works by letting us just take a picture of their badge with the person's name and company, and it pulls in the contact information. The setup was pretty simple for me, which is another aspect I liked.

**What do you dislike about Zuant?**

Sometimes the ZIP code information does not come in correct, and it would be great if the user interface could work with more of the trade shows that we attend so that we can scan badges.

We can capture attendees’ names at any conference, anywhere in the world, even if the conference itself doesn’t provide scanning technology.

**What do you dislike about Zuant?**

It was more difficult than I expected to get familiar with the UI, especially with a large sales team. However, once we got up to speed, we didn’t run into any issues.

**What problems is Zuant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While attending a conference, we can easily capture people’s information in real time. Then, once the conference wraps up, a single admin can upload or sync those names into our CRM.

It is quite time consuming to fill out, I found it easier to have 1 person chatting with the client and another filling in the questions as otherwise you are constantly looking at a screen while trying to engage with a client

Zuant helps obtain customer information and makes it available for follow-up actions. The setup is so easy that there's no need to look at a manual, which is great. I especially like that there's no need to manually enter business cards into the CRM system.

Business card scanning doesn't work very well, so there are many cases where it has to be entered manually.

**What do you like best about Zuant?**

Zuant - the company, is terrific, their customer service is great! Zuant - the app, is very helpful for our company that asks the same questions of everyone - and there are multiple answers to choose from. 

**What do you dislike about Zuant?**

The biggest issue we have is that currently the app doesn't work on android devices. But they are working on that. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zuant:**

Give Zuant a try, they are a great company with a great product.

**What problems is Zuant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For lead retrieval at our trade shows we find it is very helpful to have a single app set up to use every time. Once our booth personnel learn the app they can use it at all the shows we attend.

It’s been more than 24 months since we have been using Zuant and we have never had a major setback or downtime with the tool

**What do you dislike about Zuant?**

Zuant hasn’t really invested in the product for a long time and while the technology/tool works fine most of the time, there are lot of features still missing as compared to other available products/solutions.

**What problems is Zuant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zuant to manage attendee check-in/sponsor lead capture for most of our events.
