**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

Nothing about their company is worth spending time and resources on .

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

Everything about them is awful. Their team promised a solution that would fit our needs and then never came through to actually providing it. They spent hours upon hours in zoom calls with no real solution in sight. Then they had the audacity to renew our contract without reaching out to us to let us know when our renewal date was. They are sneaky and unscrupulous. i would avoid them at all cost.

none. their solution is a joke.

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

Nothing because this is broken beta product and taking money for it.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

Broken BETA product, we always discover new holes in it. Overpriced and taking money for nothing! Avoid and do not sign any contract, you have been warned.

**What problems is Zoovu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slow to respond, latest support raised two day ago, first reply was fast but finding that it is very technical issue, no reply for 2 days now! Total rubbish service and never sign anything with this gigs.

Great start, really helpful support, easy to set up

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

After 3 months my stats were decent, the sales team wanted to charge triple just to use it. Locked out of my account. I can understand charging more for more features but its just a quiz and the more you pay the less you get

Fair pricing
Better communication 
More transparency

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

I like the simplicity and ease of use interface in creating workflows.  The pre-made template were also  great help.  My account manager was very helpful throughout the entire process and it made everything easier for me to create the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

Creating the data to make the results work for my industry was a bit of work, but after we figured it out. it was showing promising results. A bit of a learning curve in how the system works and its rules but after you understand it, it was easy.

**What problems is Zoovu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to give the correct sizing for our customers and to recommend the correct product.  The benefits for our consumer is they are recommended products that fit to their measurements.

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

Zoovu's platform is so easy to use and is very user friendly. In addition, the team at zoovu is very helpful and has optimized our assistant in ways that we didn't even think of. Overall its been a great experience for us.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

The service is a bit pricey for a 'quiz' on our website. We are, however, excited to see how this affects conversion rates. Excited too about the analytics we will collect.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoovu:**

The Zoovu Assistant is a great tool for e-commerce companies to collect data and help increase conversion rates. If you are looking for an easy to use, self-setup platform, this is it.

**What problems is Zoovu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using a robust assistant on our website will give us many insights into our customers. Also, the assistant will help push our users into finding the right products for them, which is helpful with a large catalog. Should help increase our conversion rates!

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

The ease of creating an assistant, mapping attributes from our store into Zoovu was pretty easy and self-explanatory. When you have the assistant ready you can add images which your client see to help with making the right choice, the employee Robert was a great help from design till publishing it on our website! 

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

Great people, great tool, great idea, sorry no dislikes for now :-)

**Recommendations to others considering Zoovu:**

If you are looking for a tool that guide your visitors online with a questionary to help your customer to find the proper product on your website or guide them through a serie of questions to select the proper form on your website ( in case you have hundreds of online forms ;-)) really great tool! 

**What problems is Zoovu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the tool it helps visitors to select the proper camera for their needs, indoor / outdoor, wifi or not, with a few clicks the visitor becomes a customer :-)

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

Zoovu creates an easy-going environment for a non-tech-savy user which helps him to select high-end telco services without scaring him away. 
Great communication with employees of Zoovu help development of advisors fun and easy job. Very competent designers and technical advisors give great support and with professional approach, as if every project is most important.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

That they are in Poland, and we have to make video conferences. If it's closer located, on-site workshops would make procest develop even faster.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoovu:**

Great support, getting deep dive in every services, from telco to home appliances.

**What problems is Zoovu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a package of telco services for SOHO/SME customers. This is highly customizable package where customer can easily lose himself. With 6 easy questions our Digital BizPaket adviser gives a good overall picture of customer's needs, creates initial offer and creates leads for our Sales dpt.

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

Team took an approach with us that was down the path of 'how can we make that work?' instead of searching for ways to tell us it couldn't be done - this was refreshing AND really helped us to make our advisor something that we are very proud of.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

Dislike is strong - But it would be better if we could meet with them face to face or if they were local to Los Angeles because some of the visual elements that we were discussing stem from being in our stores and feeling how we do things - vs. what can be seen on the web or even described over a call.  Not a huge negative - but I had to answer the question :>

**Recommendations to others considering Zoovu:**

The sales and implementation teams were amazing to work with.  These people get it and are only driven by our successful use of their offering.  The people were all and are all great to work with!

**What problems is Zoovu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a unique situation in that we were trying to recreate something that exists with a lot of technology in our stores - and make it a path to e-commerce on our website AND give customers a 'head start' on selecting the right products in our stores.  We have found much more people than we anticipated are going through the advisor and guests are coming into our stores with some really good knowledge.

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

Zoovu's team has been incredible. We've asked for quite a bit of customization and the team has delivered quickly and thoughtfully. The platform is also very intuitive and easy to use once you get the hang of it. 

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

Zoovu hasn't had as many e-commerce integrations as we would have liked but as I mentioned above, the team has been very receptive and responsive to helping us implement what we need. 

**What problems is Zoovu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoovu is automating a manual process for us, saving a ton of time and effort on the part of our team. Our customers are very excited about our upcoming launch!

The Zoovu assistant is very easy to use and is extremely user friendly. Also the customer support has been very helpful, overall working with zoovu has been a positive experience for us.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

Cannot remove images from image library and it is sometimes hard to find specific configuration setting between Settings tab, Appearance and Results pages.

**What problems is Zoovu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoovu is going to make it easier for customers to find the tile they need for their projects.

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

What I like the most is that it is a very versatile tool because it serves many tasks and performs them with the same level of capacity of any other focused on one. their sales attendance is fantastic and their recommendations in the marketing sector are invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

An inconvenience can be the price, it could be a little more economical because it is at the level of the most famous programs in the market for this sector.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoovu:**

I would recommend testing this program for its great performance in the face of any imposed task, it is very versatile and detrata its value in positive results for the company.

It has been an unimaginable help, we have increased productivity thanks to its sales tips and the focus on our social media campaigns has been much more impactful thanks to its recommended strategies.

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

Being able to reach our customers on a more personal level, and providing them with an experience that doesn't feel like it's forced or robotic.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

In the past we've had challenges making updates to the tool in a timely manner - it seems like the combination of changes on our side, and with the new Zoovu dashboard, we'll be able to make edits on the fly.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoovu:**

The whole reason for this tool is to give control back to the consumer - you'll see better results if you let that happen and don't try to adjust the selectors to better fit your business needs. 

**What problems is Zoovu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell a product that is very technical and can be very daunting for someone who doesn't speak the lingo, especially considering the price points. We've been able to target a specific bucket of "middle-ground" users who know they want to upgrade their camera and are interested in learning about what we have to offer, but aren't yet at the point where they can find things on their own.

A nice and innovative way in guiding our customers to their perfect products.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

Missing some features, like removing images from your library, the image library is now kinda cluttered.
Some themes have more options than other themes.
Multilanguage is done via a properties file, which I think is hard to understand for people without IT knowledge.

Easy for non-developers to set-up and get ready for simple implementation

Some features weren't instantly available from day 1, but the support has been excellent and have quickly worked to provide solutions where possible.

Documentation could be a little more explanatory

Zoovu has allowed us to implement search tools without having to source or commit to complex development resource.

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

Customization, new reporting features, opportunity to syndicate to retailers.  Customer Success support is great.  Very responsive and helpful in making good business decisions

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

Currently, inconsistent reporting, inability to make quick changes, lack of visibility into data.  Many of this looks like it will be changed with the more user-friendly interface.  It will be great to be able to see more real time data of how the recommendation engine is performing.

Create a roadmap and timeline to make changes base don performance and always be testing new questions.

Helping customers choose the best option for them based on their needs and use cases.

**What do you like best about Zoovu?**

Zoovu enables consumers to engage and find the right product for them, cutting through the many SKUs.  It enables us to differentiate our on site experience vs. other ecommerce sellers.

**What do you dislike about Zoovu?**

The interface and back end has been difficult to work with, though this is being improved and we are looking to get on the new platform.

Helping consumers find the right mixer for them.  Better engagement has resulted.

we didnt set up tracking properly in terms of conversions - i wish we looked at that earlier
