Team took an approach with us that was down the path of 'how can we make that work?' instead of searching for ways to tell us it couldn't be done - this was refreshing AND really helped us to make our advisor something that we are very proud of.
What do you dislike?
Dislike is strong - But it would be better if we could meet with them face to face or if they were local to Los Angeles because some of the visual elements that we were discussing stem from being in our stores and feeling how we do things - vs. what can be seen on the web or even described over a call. Not a huge negative - but I had to answer the question :>
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The sales and implementation teams were amazing to work with. These people get it and are only driven by our successful use of their offering. The people were all and are all great to work with!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had a unique situation in that we were trying to recreate something that exists with a lot of technology in our stores - and make it a path to e-commerce on our website AND give customers a 'head start' on selecting the right products in our stores. We have found much more people than we anticipated are going through the advisor and guests are coming into our stores with some really good knowledge.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
