I like that I tend to forget how to use the webpages or processes that I should follow step by step and I have always find the way to use ZonePDF quick and easy, **What do you dislike about ZonePDF?** The only thing I dislike about ZonePDF is that sometimes I need to start over because it glitches, it might be the internet or my computer though, but it happens sometimes. **What problems is ZonePDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our organization we have a client that needs all his paperwork sent in PDF styles and we constantly have to convert files so we can send to our customer and meet his requirements ### 2. You can compress, merge or split PDF files at your ease. It has got a good user interface along with an option to change the language. Files can be easily converted from PDF to Word, PPT and JPG, and vice-versa. Also, since it has a drag and drop tool it makes very convenient to use. **What do you dislike about ZonePDF?** Since this is an online-only tool, one cannot use the same without an internet connectivity, which is a con as compared to other service provider in the market. **What problems is ZonePDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us to convert our documents from PDF to Word, PPT and JPG, and vice-versa. ### 3. Since this is a cloud-based pdf conversion tool, all our documents are integrated with google drive. The conversion speed from PDF to JPG, Word, XLS, PPT, and vice-versa is great and pretty superfast. This is integrated into Google Drive so I can upload files directly from this platform and the converted documents I can download on this platform or in Dropbox. **What do you dislike about ZonePDF?** -It does not offer the option of batch conversion, as it does not offer the tools to add passwords, unlock documents, edit scanned documents among others, making it a fairly basic tool. -It also does not preview the document **Recommendations to others considering ZonePDF:** Registration is optional, but once you register there is no limit as to the number of documents to convert.
