I really like how easy it is to integrate with the recruiting and accounting platform Zoho Recruit and Zoho Books, which allow us to automate various tasks one might have with their staffing team. After the recruitment is completed in Zoho Recruit, mapping those fields so that a new team member is easy to set up. I then like that Payroll can be exported out based on what they worked and invoices can automatically be created, eliminating duplicate work and the chance for mistakes.
