It is allowing to chat, meetings, and screen sharing from ZOHO CRM. ZOHO is always great, They are providing all business-related software. If we start to use any one Zoho product, automatically we will start to use the other Zoho products, because all products are integrated together. We arrange our business meetings through Zoho Cliq only. It has a calendar and reminders also. In the Zoho Cliq dashboard, we can check the upcoming meeting and the history of all conversations. Zoho Cliq is nicely viewed in ZOHO CRM & Books. I installed a CLIQ application in Windows. It is logging out after the particular session completion. It is irritating to log in every time. I find Zoho Cliq to be a very good platform for internal team communication. It allows us to do check-ins, checkouts, and meetings, making it a cost-effective alternative to Slack. I think the UI is kind of complex for some users. It can be trimmed down and a softer version of the UI could be more helpful. For some of the team members, the setup actually took some time because they were not redirected to the chat box. You don’t have to “tab-hop” just to reply to a message. If you’re updating a deal in the CRM and a colleague pings you, you can respond right there without breaking what you’re doing, which helps you stay in your “flow state” longer.

Cliq also lets you “Fork” specific messages into a separate private or group chat. That keeps the main channel clean, while the side discussion continues in its own space.

I also like that it shows who is “Checked-in,” who’s at lunch, and even who’s currently in a meeting, so it’s easier to tell when someone is available.

The scheduling messages is the best feature of zoho cliq. This is main communication channel in our organisation. It have my features that i like, first the scheduling message, the big file data transfer, easy self message - they have TAZ bot for it.I use this daily for internal communication. I like that Zoho Cliq has a dark mode and the connection between Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Cliq has been useful. It also allows us to have voice calls if needed, and I find the app on my phone useful without killing my battery. I really like Zoho Cliq for its ease of communication and how simple it is to use. There is no learning curve, which is great. It has a mobile application, a desktop application, and a web version, so I can use it anywhere. The communication with other colleagues is very simple, and I don't have to rely on phone calls or other software like WhatsApp for professional communication. It's easy to form groups, and moderator-level access is simple to configure. Company-wide announcements are straightforward to make, and you can mute or hide certain groups if needed. I can also make calls within Zoho Cliq itself, which is handy. What makes it really superb is the combination of all features, like screen sharing and video calls. I don't need to set up a meeting every time I need to share my screen. I can just ring up my colleagues and share my screen right away, with no hassles. The initial setup was very, very easy too; I just had to set up a directory of people and IDs. Although initial adoption took a couple of days, it was very simple after that.
