Zoek representative Dave U. was very informative, positive, and easy to understand. I am a little slow when it comes to the internet, and he was amazingly informative. The account managers are amazing also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just recently started an online bookkeeping business and wanted to improve the SEO on my wix site and Zoek contacted me within 24 hours of me looking for a professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The rep, Jeremy Santos was committed to contacting me on my own terms. It took me two months before I could start on the project, but he was patient and understanding during the ENTIRE period. He also got me an AMAZING deal and I'm looking forward to my service with Zoek. If all the employees are like Jeremy then I'm quite positive I'm going to be well taken care of and regarded. I reached out to Zoek as a recommendation from Wix.com to help me with the nightmare of SEO for my Wix website. First of all, they got back to me in about 12 hours, which is INSANE, and were fully prepared to help me tackle my issues on my site. Ellie had a full diagnostic report of how my website was performing (very poorly) and how to resolve and fix all current issues I had put in place while still respecting my own ignorance to SEOs. She thoroughly explained all issues I had with my site and what their goals were to fix them. The next step was pricing, and I was blown away by the amount of options and the services provided in even the least expensive option. Upon finishing my account setup, my Zoek partner went through all of his contacts and online resources I would have to resolve any issues or concerns I could have during my use of their service. He also explained that I was paired with him because he works with other clients in my exact field and had plenty of real-world experience that would be applicable to my own business. Their customer service is amazing and feels like you're talking to real people, not just some hotshot sales person. Their price points and pricing options are amazing. Their willingness and ability to resolve any concerns or apprehensions is top notch. My ability to contact my Zoek partner is almost limitless. Their 90-day guarantee is very, very reassuring. The lack of care and attention to detail is astounding. I am so disappointed in this company, all employees that I've worked with and the whole project. This was the biggest waste of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I hired Zoek to help me optimize my new Wix site with the goal of improving my Google rating and gaining a following for my new business. The sales call was nothing at all like I expected. Will Davis spent a lot of time explaining things to me in a language that I could understand and was patient answering all my questions. I was made to feel like a valued client instead of just a number. I am looking forward to working with the Zoek team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
