**What do you like best about Ziplyne?**

From the easiness of the setup and the impressive number of features to the analytics generated, I enjoyed every step of my journey with Ziplyne. It is such a versatile solution that allows you to configure any type of onboarding scenario.

**What do you dislike about Ziplyne?**

I cannot pinpoint something that I disliked. They are at the beginning of their journey and some things may be missing but nothing that would be a deal-breaker. And on top of that, these guys are obsessed with user experience and functionality and they will cover all the minor gaps in no time.

**What problems is Ziplyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Ziplyne for our user onboarding process. We wanted to understand their behaviour during this process and to improve it in order to shorten the learning time. And we managed to do just that! We understood what we needed to change and how in order to obtain the desired results with very little effort. And this is a big plus!

**What do you like best about Ziplyne?**

Absolute transparency and fantastic customer experience are some of the reasons to choose Ziplyne. Onboarding is really done effortlessly and many of my organizations employees have understood the product quickly, and they are now experts in creating user guides. Our time to write down each and every step is reduced to merely couple of hours and ZIplyne is really wonderful and thoughtful product in helping us achieve this feat.

**What do you dislike about Ziplyne?**

More flexibility to the dashboard branding can be provided. Apart from this, ZIplyne has delivered us more than we expected.

**Recommendations to others considering Ziplyne:**

No need to think much. Just say a yes to the team, and everything will be handled by Ziplyne easily.

**What problems is Ziplyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our employees have been able to utilize our in-house reporting and maintenance logs easily with Ziplyne. This has reduced a lot of business hours to build the guide and then explain the employees too.

**What do you like best about Ziplyne?**

The app has a really easy and straightforward UI. There is not a lot of clutter and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Ziplyne?**

There is not a lot to dislike as such. The product has most of the features one might need. The only thing that can be improved is the Popup cards UI.

**What problems is Ziplyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Post new user onboarding, we can easily on the fly public tour of the product which was near impossible if the module was to be built in house.

Easy to integrate with your applications and simple to use.

Nothing as of today, the product is  working as expected.

User onboarding with ziplyne is made easy, as a product team development can focus on the core aspect of your product.

**What do you like best about Ziplyne?**

Hands down was the usability and non-existent learning curve.  In our diverse spaces, we have varying degrees of knowledge and abilities, Ziplyne came out as my winner on most fronts.   The software is super-easy to learn and I obtained results literally in minutes.  Within a week of use, you can be an expert.  Additionally, we are able to monitor the Zips through the dashboard and ensure operation and usage as our sites change in the background.  Everyone that has been exposed to Ziplyne has found value with further deployments.   They also have a lot of future  enhancements coming which increase the breadth and usage across the enterprise.

**What do you dislike about Ziplyne?**

There is nothing major to dislike - the software continues to surprise me with new features.

**Recommendations to others considering Ziplyne:**

If you are looking for a solid DAP solution, talk to them.

**What problems is Ziplyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many, for many different applications.  I have built Zips for our custom sites and applications as well as standard software used across our large environment.  We have found success with onboarding staff, assisting with learning on new releases of in-house software and upgrades as well as feature notifications.  We are currently exploring using it in our UAT with it's RPA abilities.

  ### 6. Highly powerful and yet easy to use tool to create in-app tutorials!

**What do you like best about Ziplyne?**

I liked how it takes almost zero technical expertise to understand and manage this. Using the dashboard, you can easily build an in-app guide tool from the bottom up, including design, content, look and feel, and much more. I'm able to make adjustments on the fly based on the analytics that I have received through the dashboard, meaning my in-app tutorial is reactive to any drop-offs. On top of that, the analytics allow me to make smart decisions about adjustments, new in-app tutorial and helps guide the features of my product and highlights any friction points that users are having with the application.

**What do you dislike about Ziplyne?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the tool as of right now! It's very easy to use and haven't had any issues with the usability of the tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Ziplyne:**

Speak to the team about their features! You will be blown away.

**What problems is Ziplyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I am trying to solve is to allow users to understand key functionality of a mobile app. The benefits I have realized is that I can guide users through a 5-10 step process that will allow them to start using the application with much ease and understanding. The goal that I am trying to reach is an increase of engagement and lowering the churn rate.

**What do you like best about Ziplyne?**

The software is easy to use, zips (or workflows) are easy to set up, and segmentation is easy to implement. For us, segmentation was extremely important, and the new update made this seamless. Additionally, the service level we've receive is top notch. Any issue was addressed efficiently and effectively. I'd definitely recommend Ziplyne.

**What do you dislike about Ziplyne?**

There's some minor inflexibility and a little extra technical work than we originally thought, but overall, it's worth it. The work put in by Rome (Ziplyne's CEO) has been unmatched by any other software provider we've used.

**What problems is Ziplyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding and support at scale.

Ziplyne has been a great to that has allowed us to streamline our on boarding process and serve as the first level of support for our clients

**What do you dislike about Ziplyne?**

We have not run into anything that we dislike thus far, they are continually evolving there functions and features which gives us new capabilities!

**What problems is Ziplyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been solving the on boarding problem for our customers. We have realized that the tool has way more functionality and we have been able to create zips to impact other areas of our business such as support tickets!

**What do you like best about Ziplyne?**

Ziplyne is designed intuitively and with customer support workflows in mind. It is simple to use, incorporates ability to bring in data from existing data storage methods like excel. Provides integrations with zendesk/jira and AI capabilities to reduce repetitive support tasks as well as automation

**What do you dislike about Ziplyne?**

There isn't much to dislike.  It is a product manager/UI designer's dream solutin

**What problems is Ziplyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have on-boarded customers and new employees faster. We have used ziplyne to find out key customer pain points and provide key support to customer before and after sales.

**What do you like best about Ziplyne?**

Ziplyne approaches in app guidance differently then other solutions. Ziplyne provides much more than helpful content, rather tightly integrated guidance and workflow that support mission critical objectives. The worklflow contributes directly to sales and client onboarding so salespeople become productive in less time and customer success is able to focus on the most strategic activities to support customer adoption and growth.

**What do you dislike about Ziplyne?**

I'm not crazy about the color scheme, but that's minor. I am also looking forward to see more collaboration tools.

**What problems is Ziplyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important objective that Ziplyne solves is accelerating sales onboarding and product fluency so they can start producing. Ziplyne is easy to implement and allows my clients to get up to speed in no time.
