What do you dislike about Ziplyne?

I cannot pinpoint something that I disliked. They are at the beginning of their journey and some things may be missing but nothing that would be a deal-breaker. What do you like best about Ziplyne?

Absolute transparency and fantastic customer experience are some of the reasons to choose Ziplyne. Onboarding is really done effortlessly and many of my organizations employees have understood the product quickly, and they are now experts in creating user guides. Our time to write down each and every step is reduced to merely couple of hours and ZIplyne is really wonderful and thoughtful product in helping us achieve this feat. What do you like best about Ziplyne?

The app has a really easy and straightforward UI. There is not a lot of clutter and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ziplyne?

There is not a lot to dislike as such. The product has most of the features one might need. The only thing that can be improved is the Popup cards UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ziplyne?

Hands down was the usability and non-existent learning curve. In our diverse spaces, we have varying degrees of knowledge and abilities, Ziplyne came out as my winner on most fronts. The software is super-easy to learn and I obtained results literally in minutes. Within a week of use, you can be an expert. Additionally, we are able to monitor the Zips through the dashboard and ensure operation and usage as our sites change in the background. Everyone that has been exposed to Ziplyne has found value with further deployments. They also have a lot of future enhancements coming which increase the breadth and usage across the enterprise. "Highly powerful and yet easy to use tool to create in-app tutorials!"
What do you like best about Ziplyne?

I liked how it takes almost zero technical expertise to understand and manage this. Using the dashboard, you can easily build an in-app guide tool from the bottom up, including design, content, look and feel, and much more. I'm able to make adjustments on the fly based on the analytics that I have received through the dashboard, meaning my in-app tutorial is reactive to any drop-offs. On top of that, the analytics allow me to make smart decisions about adjustments, new in-app tutorial and helps guide the features of my product and highlights any friction points that users are having with the application. What do you dislike about Ziplyne?

What do you like best about Ziplyne?

The software is easy to use, zips (or workflows) are easy to set up, and segmentation is easy to implement. For us, segmentation was extremely important, and the new update made this seamless. Additionally, the service level we've receive is top notch. Any issue was addressed efficiently and effectively. I'd definitely recommend Ziplyne. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ziplyne?

There's some minor inflexibility and a little extra technical work than we originally thought, but overall, it's worth it. The work put in by Rome (Ziplyne's CEO) has been unmatched by any other software provider we've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ziplyne provides much more than helpful content, rather tightly integrated guidance and workflow that support mission critical objectives. The worklflow contributes directly to sales and client onboarding so salespeople become productive in less time and customer success is able to focus on the most strategic activities to support customer adoption and growth.
