**What do you like best about Zinterview AI?**

I appreciate how Zinterview AI easily integrated into our team's hiring process, making it straightforward to adopt. It has greatly improved our efficiency by reducing the candidates list from hundreds to mere 10-20s, saving us time and interview effort. I also like that it provides more context on a candidate's skills than just a simple screening call and resume, giving us a better understanding before a human interview. The interview scheduling and rescheduling feature is easy to use, and I particularly value the AI's ability to generate questions based on the candidate's resume, job description, and our input, often asking questions we hadn't anticipated. The initial setup was also easy, thanks to the tech team from Zinterview AI setting up our organization account.

**What do you dislike about Zinterview AI?**

I think the cheating score is something that needs improvement. It can be more accurate. Also, we expect to have a more direct overall verdict in the evaluation report.
