The admin side has a lot going on and search does not find what i want. So i named every single item in there with dates and they still do it. The tool unifyr has been pretty helpful in making sure everything related to partners is in one place. Setting up new campaigns and viewing which partners are selling which items is relatively simple. I like how unifyr will automatically track the click-throughs and commission payments on my behalf as opposed to me using 50 different spread sheets. Glad I didn’t ruin it by uploading that huge list of new agency partners yesterday. When I mess something up, the support team gets back to me quickly, which is a big help. The dashboard can be complete chaos when you first get logged in. It takes way too many taps on my phone to locate the custom reports I need. Sometimes the entire application loads very slowly when I am filtering through large amounts of partner data. There is a high learning curve due to so many payout and contract settings. I like the integration with AWS Marketing Central. It is easy to use, has a simple and fast interface. However, when it comes to creating campaigns and scheduling posts on social media (LinkedIn), it is impossible for me, they never get published. As for the price, we don't pay anything because it is included with Amazon. The support I have received has not been the best, I have not been able to solve the social media issue.
