It's very easy to navigate and easy to teach new engineers. The setup was extremely easy and straightforward, and their support continues to be the best out of all our partners in the MSP space. ZeroTek allows us to manage all of our clients from one platform without having to share privileged credentials with everyone in the company. We can secure specific clients to only certain engineers when required. **What do you dislike about ZeroTek – Okta for MSPs?** Some changes in ZeroTek can be delayed or require you to select the same option twice. For example, adding someone to a group doesn't reflect immediately. You might add the same user again before the change appears. Being charged for deactivated accounts. It has been a game changer in setting up Okta Orgs in a standard fashion and allowing for monitoring of our desired state configuration. This feature has drastically lowered the setup time and allows us to focus more on integration rather than baseline setup. They are always clear with their findings, next steps, limitations of the existing platform, etc., so there's never a guessing game.
