ZeraBooks Reviews & Product Details

ZeraBooks is an AI-native general ledger, bank statement converter and done-for-you bookkeeping service for small businesses and accounting firms. The general ledger: upload or forward your bank and card statements and ZeraBooks reads every line, categorizes it, reconciles each statement to the cent and closes the month. Ask Zera, the built-in assistant, answers questions about your books and suggests changes that you approve. Invoices, bills, vendors and reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance) are included, and firms can run client companies from one login. The converter: turn PDF bank, credit card, check, investment and other financial statements into Excel or CSV, including a QuickBooks-ready CSV. Every file is balance-checked against the statement's opening and closing balances. Done-for-you bookkeeping: our team keeps your books in ZeraBooks. You get a read-only view of your ledger and a portal to upload documents. Pricing: one subscription covers the general ledger and the converter, at $79/month billed annually or $149 month to month, with 1,000 converter pages a month and a 7-day trial. Larger plans add 2,500 or 5,000 pages a month. The bookkeeping service is quoted after a free call. What ZeraBooks does not do: it has no live bank feeds and does not sync with QuickBooks or Xero.
