Test cases can be linked directly to user stories and defects. Test execution can be managed without leaving Jira. Easy visibility into test coverage and execution status. Regression suites can be reused across multiple releases. Reporting helps track testing progress and release readiness. For me, the biggest benefit is having development, defect tracking, and test management in a single ecosystem, which improves collaboration between QA and engineering teams. **What do you dislike about Zephyr Squad?** Advanced reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible. Performance may occasionally slow down when working with large projects. Bulk updates and test case organization features could be more efficient. The biggest challenge is reporting and test case management at scale. As the number of test cases grows, organizing, maintaining, and extracting meaningful insights from test execution data can require more effort than expected. **What problems is Zephyr Squad solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zephyr Squad solves the problem of managing testing activities separately from development work. Centralized test case management. Better traceability between requirements, tests, and defects. Improved visibility into testing progress. Easier regression testing and release validation. Better collaboration between QA, product, and development teams. The biggest benefit for me is having all testing activities integrated directly within Jira. As a tester, it saves me lots of time and provides a hassle free test management experience. I would absolutely recommend Zephyr squad with JIRA for any project management process improvisation. **What do you dislike about Zephyr Squad?** Nothing much, I really loved the experience of using Zephyr squad in my previous project. **What problems is Zephyr Squad solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the issue of getting in and out of multiple application during test management. Most projects use JIRA for project management, so as a tester I find it really time saving and easier to use Zephyr squad with JIRA for test management; because it saves my time and unnecessary distractions. Also, the requirements and defects shall be directly mapped to the test cases.
