ZepDesk Reviews & Product Details

ZepDesk is cloud-based accounting and ERP software accessible via web browser without installation. It combines invoicing, expense management, tax compliance, and financial reporting into one system. The invoicing module supports EU standards like XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, automates recurring invoices, and manages dunning processes. OCR technology extracts invoice details from photos. Bank reconciliation connects to German banks via finAPI or imports MT940, CSV, and CAMT files. Asset accounting tracks depreciation and residual values. Tax compliance includes VAT returns, corporate tax calculations, and electronic balance sheets, with DATEV export for tax advisors. Seven plugins cover CRM, inventory, POS, payroll, project tracking, workflow automation, and GDPR compliance. Hosted in EU ISO 27001-certified data centers, it offers encrypted backups, 10-year data retention, two-factor authentication, and an audit trail.
