Zenline Reviews & Product Details

Zenline is an AI-powered virtual receptionist service designed to help businesses handle incoming phone calls automatically, efficiently, and professionally. It is a cloud-based call answering service, meaning there is no complex infrastructure or software to deploy on your phone system. Zenline can handle a wide range of tasks typically managed by a human receptionist: - Answer frequently asked questions based on your business data - Take messages and collect customer details - Qualify leads and identify caller intent - Schedule appointments - Handle customer orders Zenline works with your existing phone number—whether landline or mobile—using simple call forwarding (unconditional, after a few rings, or when busy). This ensures that no call is ever missed while allowing you to stay fully in control of how calls are handled. The service includes a complete appointment scheduling system. Zenline can suggest available time slots, check real-time availability based on your team and resources, and automatically create appointments in your calendar (Zenline or Google Calendar). It can also send booking links via SMS or redirect customers to your online booking page. Using advanced artificial intelligence and natural voice interaction, Zenline answers calls in real time with a human-like experience. It can automatically detect the caller’s language (English, French, German, Italian, Arabic, and more) and switch seamlessly, making it a powerful multilingual AI phone answering service for businesses. All configuration and supervision are done through a dedicated mobile app. You can define your business information, opening hours (including breaks), services, products, team members, and resources. Zenline uses this data to deliver accurate and contextual responses during calls. The app also allows you to monitor activity in real time: view call history, read conversation transcripts, access summaries, identify call types (appointments, orders, questions, transfers), and quickly call customers back. After each call, a summary SMS can be sent to the caller, and you can receive detailed email reports including the full conversation, transcription, and a direct callback option. Spam calls are automatically detected and labeled to help you save time and focus on real customer interactions. Zenline also includes an online booking page, similar to platforms like Planity, allowing customers to book appointments independently at any time. Overall, Zenline is a complete AI call management and virtual receptionist solution that helps businesses reduce missed calls, improve customer experience, capture more leads, and streamline operations, while remaining simple to use and fully controllable from a mobile app.
