What stands out to me is how Zenible ties media asset storage and simple task tracking together in one single workspace, perfect for lean broadcast teams like ours with zero dedicated IT staff. When we pulled together that weekend‑long community radio special, our junior production assistants could jump right in, tag interview audio cuts, flag finished commercial ad spots, and mark script review tasks complete, all without bouncing between a half‑dozen separate browser tabs. We no longer dug through messy shared cloud folders or parsed long Slack threads just to locate the right media file minutes before showtime. Where Zenible really falls short is live‑event functionality, and that’s where we run into real pain points during our live radio and streaming shoots. For that same community radio special, whenever multiple producers were updating assets and tasks at the same time, status refreshes would lag badly. People would act on outdated task notes right before we went on air, which created real pre‑show confusion. There is absolutely no native run‑order or countdown feature built for broadcast workflows. Large broadcast‑grade audio files also load sluggishly in the in‑app preview. It's been about three years now since I've been freelancing, and I quickly realized one thing: talent alone is not enough when running your own business. At first, everything was scattered across several tools — prospects, calls, notes, follow-ups, invoices — and as my business grew, it became increasingly difficult to manage, both mentally and organizationally.

This is mainly why Zenible has become a real asset for me. The platform is easy to use, the interface is clear, and the workflow remains very smooth on a daily basis. Having everything centralized in one system saves a lot of time and reduces friction. In terms of performance, the tool is fast, stable, and clearly designed for daily use. The AI aspect is probably what surprised me the most: the assistant during calls, as well as the AI experts in the boardroom, provide very contextualized advice. You can tell it's not just a generic chatbot.

Regarding the price, I honestly find that the return on investment is more than worth it, given the time saved and mental energy conserved. Finally, the onboarding and support really give the impression that the platform was built by people who understand the challenges freelancers face.
