**What do you like best about ZenABM?**

As a Growth Marketing Manager running LinkedIn ABM, ZenABM helped me a lot to identify how the accounts engage with my campaigns in detail.

The core value is the account warming signal — seeing an account move from impressions to clicks to engagement over time, and using that progression to time BDR outreach. LinkedIn's native dashboard doesn't come close to this level of account-level visibility.

Cross-referencing ZenABM data with HubSpot lifecycle stages also let us quantify impression thresholds per funnel stage, which now informs our ABM budget decisions directly.

If you're running LinkedIn ABM and want to move beyond vanity metrics, ZenABM is the missing layer.

**What do you dislike about ZenABM?**

Filtering the data to specific ranges was challenging before - although with the current Claude connector it's easier now

**What problems is ZenABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing how my campaigns land, what intents resonate with which companies, where we waste spend by i.e. advertising to irrelevant job titles.

**What do you like best about ZenABM?**

What I like best about ZenABM is that they understand ABM beyond theory.

We use them for ABM efforts, and the work is practical, focused, and tied to pipeline. They help us reach the right accounts, shape the right message, and run campaigns that actually support sales instead of creating marketing noise.

The team is sharp, responsive, and easy to work with. They bring structure, but they don’t overcomplicate things. That makes them a strong partner for a B2B SaaS company like ours.

**What do you dislike about ZenABM?**

Nothing major.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that ABM takes time to compound, so results are not always immediate. But that is more about the nature of ABM than ZenABM specifically.

Overall, the collaboration has been strong, transparent, and useful for our LinkedIn and ABM motion.

**What problems is ZenABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZenABM helps us solve one of the hardest problems in B2B SaaS: getting in front of the right enterprise accounts with a message that actually matters to them.

We sell to enterprise buyers, so generic lead generation is not enough. We need to identify the right companies, understand the buying committee, build relevant messaging, and create consistent visibility across LinkedIn and ABM campaigns.

ZenABM helps us bring more structure to that process. It supports our sales team with better account focus, stronger outreach context, and more relevant engagement before direct conversations happen.

The biggest benefit is that our marketing becomes more targeted and more connected to sales. Instead of chasing broad awareness or random leads, we can focus on accounts that fit our ICP and build demand in a more disciplined way.

**What do you like best about ZenABM?**

ZenABM sits on top of your campaigns and shows you which accounts are engaging with which Thought Leader Ads and Image ads, and how often. That extra layer is what makes it possible to build a real outreach engine around your LinkedIn ads. The UI and UX are clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. The most important feature for me is the integration between ZenABM & Clay - I can easily send data about engaged accounts to my Clay and based on that contact the best contacts via LinkedIn DMs. The ZenaAI (internal AI chatbot) is really helpful - why? Because I can ask questions about my campaigns, performance, results, etc., and it supports my campaigns and ad performance a lot. Human support is also there - when I have a challenge with integration, Michał helps me with that via video call. In terms of performance - I have a case study - first I DMed people who hadn't seen my campaigns, and in the second test (based on signals from ZenABM) I ran DM campaigns only for engaged accounts. Results? 63% higher acceptance rate. So based on that - I can easily calculate the ROI from ZenABM.

**What do you dislike about ZenABM?**

I use Pipedrive, not HubSpot, so a future integration with Pipedrive could be a good solution. For now, though, it’s only a minor issue for me.

**What problems is ZenABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZenABM solves my biggest pain: having an analytics dashboard inside LinkedIn. The reason is simple-ZenABM provides clear dashboards and metrics, so I can see the most important data right away instead of spending years hunting for it. The second big benefit is that I can use ZenABM in my ABM engine: I can take signals from my ads and turn them into next steps, like sending DMs to the most engaged contacts.

**What do you like best about ZenABM?**

I love being able to build a funnel approach with ABM stages and build specific ads for each stage, have full visibility into which companies and titles we’re reaching and how each performs within ad set and campaign. It’s also helpful that we can refine targeting and exclude the audiences we don’t want to waste budget on directly in the platform. Most importantly, it ties everything together into our HubSpot Deals pipeline and the revenue we’re building through our ABM campaigns.

**What do you dislike about ZenABM?**

The AI chat is not working well yet, but I see the progress over time and hope to get more value from it over time. Also some functionalities take time to load like exclusions of titles and companies from campaigns

**What problems is ZenABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZenABM helped us build a solid ABM motion on LinkedIn and tight it to the pipeline. It brought structure, discipline, and speed, and pushed us to execute ABM the way it should be done. Time to value was quick, and the impact on our focus and pipeline quality was immediate.

ZenABM allows me to quickly query my LinkedIn ad performance data with AI, understand performance differenes for different ad formats, and also attribute revenue to ABM campaigns (deals & pipeline influenced by specific ABM campaigns)and see which companies the sales team should be reaching out to

Sometimes the companies data loads slowly

**What do you like best about ZenABM?**

I think the team's great behind the product, and they're very responsive. I think it's quite intuitive as a platform, and most importantly, they've built a good API and MCP that we can build stuff on top of. They've even built some skills, so really good.

**What do you dislike about ZenABM?**

There's some restriction from the LinkedIn side, which is not their fault, but it's still annoying. The stuff around the skills can still be improved.

**What problems is ZenABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZenABM helps us know which companies engage with our ads, allowing us to target them with cold emails and calls. It gives us visibility we didn't have before.
