Support is prompt and helpful.    They often are aware if Ihad a similar issue and remind me of what I have to do in a way that makes me not feel stupid.

**What do you dislike about Zen Planner?**

Times out too quickly, text messages go out to late at 12:00am

**What do you like best about Zen Planner?**

not one specific things about the platform, rather multiple different parts of the platform. which makes so much easier about managing files, medical info, 1RM, info similar to that.

**What do you dislike about Zen Planner?**

all workouts I write for class and PT clients and active on the member connect website; can be viewed by anyone. this is very disappointing to me. I believe that only ACTIVE members should be able to view this.

**What problems is Zen Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PAPERLESS!!!!!

ZP's focus is mainly on app creation rather than overall system
