Previously I had mentioned that there should be an addition to the templates to choose from and the software seems to keep updating in the right direction. **What do you dislike about Zen Flowchart?** I really like Zen Flowchart... they are headed in the right direction. Maybe continuing to build out more templates per different use cases could be of value to users. **What problems is Zen Flowchart solving and how is that benefiting you?** When making a flowchart before, it is really frustrating trying to design one by inserting elements like squares and arrows over and over. Having it already organized is a dream. I have tried creating similar things on other platforms but will stop before I get my desired result. ### 2. It has most of the tools needed to create extensive flowcharts and most of them are included in the free version. **What do you dislike about Zen Flowchart?** I think that Zen Flowchart could have more variation regarding the possible charts. It is focused only on flowcharts and they do a good job at it, but sometimes I need to do other type of charts like an entity relationship for example. **What problems is Zen Flowchart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes I am in need of creating a flowchart for my job and I have used Zen Flowchart to do so. I can create good-looking charts very fast and present them to my team. ### 3.
