zeitl Reviews & Product Details

zeitl is an online appointment booking software for service businesses, operating without commission fees. It lets businesses create custom booking pages with calendars that manage availability based on staff schedules, vacations, and buffer times, preventing double bookings. Customers can select their preferred staff or the next available slot. The software includes a customer database for booking history, internal notes, and no-show tracking, with data export capabilities. Automated email confirmations and reminders reduce missed appointments, while SMS reminders are available in higher-tier plans. It syncs with Google and Apple Calendars for seamless scheduling. zeitl features an AI booking concierge that processes natural language requests to book time slots. Businesses can collect deposits via Mollie or Stripe, store signed consent forms, and offer loyalty programs. Booking pages integrate with Google Business profiles, and customers book via email or SMS without apps.
