What I like best is the simple and intuitive operation. The interface is very clear, you quickly find your way around and need hardly any training.

What is particularly positive for me is that functions and processes can be quickly adapted to your own needs. Whether it's scheduling appointments, email functions, or a phone AI assistant – many things are easy to set up and can be flexibly configured.

So far, I haven't noticed anything really negative. However, in some places, the documentation could be a bit more detailed, especially if you want to delve deeper into specific functions or individual customizations.

What problems is Zeeg solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the greatest added value lies primarily in the phone AI assistant. It takes over many recurring tasks, answers calls in a structured manner, captures relevant information, and can also assist with scheduling appointments if needed.

What is particularly helpful for me is that the assistant's behavior can be very specifically controlled via the AI prompt. This allows me to precisely determine which information it should query, which statements are allowed, and which boundaries it must strictly adhere to.

"Game-Changing AI Phone Assistant with Appointment Scheduling"

What do you like best about Zeeg?

My days are honestly chaotic. Live sessions, recordings, meetings, content planning... the phone is the last thing I can deal with. But I kept thinking about all the calls I was missing. A school wanting to collaborate, a brand reaching out, a teacher looking for a workshop.

That's why the AI phone assistant was such a game changer for me. It just picks up. Answers questions about what I do and books appointments directly in my Google calendar. I've had calls come in at 9pm that turned into real projects because the AI didn't let them slip through.

I actually started with Zeeg just for the booking side. Teachers are busy and I needed a clean way for them to schedule time with me without 15 emails back and forth. Setting everything up took me maybe 20 minutes and I'm not a tech person at all. The whole thing just feels intuitive, nothing is hidden behind confusing menus or settings you need a tutorial for.

Everything also just runs. I've never had a booking fail, the assistant never dropped a call, it all works in the background without me thinking about it.

And it's DSGVO compliant which matters a lot when you work with schools and public institutions in Germany.

What do you dislike about Zeeg?

Honestly not much, but if I have to name something its that I'm on my phone constantly between sessions and the mobile experience could be smoother. It works, but it feels like it was built for desktop first. For someone like me who manages everything on the go, a proper mobile app would make a real difference. What problems is Zeeg solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest one is availability. I create content for thousands of teachers but behind the scenes I'm still one person. Partnerships, school projects, speaking gigs, all of that comes in through calls and messages at random hours. Before Zeeg I either missed them or spent way too much time chasing people back.

Now I don't think about it. The AI handles incoming calls, the booking runs itself and everything lands in one place. I can finish a live session and see three new appointments already in my calendar.

The other thing is credibility. When a school principal or a brand calls and gets a professional AI assistant instead of voicemail, the perception is completely different. It signals that this is a real operation, not just someone posting videos from their bedroom.

Zeeg has been a game-changer for me! I can put in my availability and it populates my schedule with appointments. I will not allow for scheduling conflicts. I can easily update to reflect unique situations as they come up. It is very well designed and has saved me so much time in back-and-forth exchanges with clients over scheduling. What do you dislike about Zeeg?

I only had one problem with Zeeg, and they were so responsive, they immediately fixed it! They were asking me about my availability in AM/PM (12-hour) time, which was my preference, but then in my list of chosen options they appeared in 24-hour time which took me a few moments to calculate as I was looking at the list. So I asked them if that could appear in 12-hour time and they changed it within just a couple days! I was really impressed with how responsive they were to a customer suggestion. I used to spend a lot of time emailing or telling clients when they could see me. I would give them a list of options, and by the time they got back to me, the one they wanted was sometimes taken! With Zeeg, I just give clients my link and they set it up themselves. I have nothing but positive comments from my clients since I switched to using Zeeg, and it has really saved me time and effort. Zeeg offers good value for the subscription price. Whenever I have questions, they’re answered quickly through chat support. I’m able to set up routing options for meeting polls and lead-gen forms, and I can also build workflows, including follow-up and thank-you emails, surveys, and custom steps. "With Zeeg, more time for my coaching sessions"

What do you like best about Zeeg?

For me, Zeeg is ideal for scheduling appointments with my coachees. I work with 4 appointment pages: impulse conversation, strategy conversation, and 2 appointment pages for different coaching periods. This gives me a great overview in my Outlook calendar. The biggest advantage for me is: appointment booking includes planning a ZOOM meeting, so that I easily save at least 5 minutes for each coaching session through the integration. It is a very user-friendly and easy-to-implement tool. For me, it is very pragmatic and equipped with the most important functions. "From Scheduling Hassle to Scheduling Haven: My Journey with Zeeg"

What do you like best about Zeeg?

After using Zeeg for a good while now, having switched from Calendly, I can confidently say that it has made my life much more accessible and my scheduling smoother.

One of the things I appreciate most about Zeeg is its connections with other services like Zapier through their APIs. This feature has been a real timesaver, allowing us to automate our scheduling tasks easily.

What sets Zeeg apart are its clever scheduling features. These have made a big difference in three main areas:

Job Interviews: We've all experienced the headache of coordinating schedules when multiple interviewers need to be at a meeting. But with Zeeg, this problem doesn't exist. It looks at everyone's availability and sorts it out for us.

Meetings with Investors and Partners: It used to be an actual juggling act making sure that both my co-founder and I were available for these crucial meetings. But Zeeg takes care of this. We tell it when we're free, and it does the rest.

Sales and Marketing Calls: Divvying up calls among a team of specialists used to take up way too much time. Now Zeeg manages this for us, ensuring that the calls are spread evenly and everyone's time is effectively used.
