What do you like best about Zalvis?

I don't have much technical expertise to resolve DNS issue. After the migration of our reseller account, this is the major issue which I have encountered. Then another issue is, their website manager dash is different from the previous one. So I got more confused. But the support agent Satish, who is a level 1 agent, helped me to make those changes in effective manner. They went through all the steps and made sure that I understood what I was doing. What do you dislike about Zalvis?

Their UI/UX Design is little complex for me as a non technical person, however they have maintained good knowledge articles. But making it more easy to use for beginners would make it more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zalvis solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a basic wordpress site with some html pages for my site project as intern. I was having trouble with previous hosting, it was getting down frequently, they was not accepting the issue. But Zalvis is a awesome platform, after using it, haven't faced any downtime issue. Another reason is, I need much customer support than usual due to no expertise in tech, so fast support is preferred to me, which Zalvis is doing very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
