## About YStay
YStay is the operating layer for short-term rental operations, built for concierge companies, property managers, and professional hosts in France. It covers the work a generic PMS stops at the door: StayProof, a timestamped stay-evidence file with entry and exit photos; temporary access codes on connected locks; a field app for housekeeping and maintenance teams; and incident and turnover tracking. OTA distribution is included. Direct booking is in preparation and will be included at no extra charge. Pricing is per property and tax-exclusive: Simple Host €29 per month (1 property included, then €12), Volume Host €69 (5 included, then €7), Concierge Host €129 (15 included, then €5). Enterprise is quoted. An annual commitment includes two months free. A second product family, YStay Classic, covers long-term rentals on the same platform.
