I am a sole proprietor recently established in France, and I am discovering with astonishment that I am being charged a monthly subscription that I was absolutely unaware of. At no point was it clear that my initial payment for a single electronic signature would lead to a recurring subscription. The Yousign website is anything but intuitive: it took me an excessively long time just to understand what type of advanced signature corresponded to my needs. After paying the equivalent of $58.44 USD for a single electronic signature—a sum already quite high—I now find myself with a new bill of €36 (or $44), even though I haven't used their service this month! Their response is completely lacking in flexibility and empathy: they hide behind obscure terms and conditions to refuse to cancel this unfair payment. It's a billing method that borders on fraud, exploiting customers without any scruples. Don't fall into the same trap. Zero stars, and a warning to anyone considering using this service.
