**What do you like best about YouScience Discovery?**

I like that the program focuses on a person's talents, not just a metric or number. Many assessments look at interests, but YouScience is one of the few programs that integrate interests with aptitudes.

**What do you dislike about YouScience Discovery?**

The database is somewhat limited. We had agriculture students at our school and there weren't ag-related careers that cropped up. It can be time-consuming to get the assessments started initially.

**What problems is YouScience Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the college and career guide for 1,000 students on two public high school campuses. Finding a career assessment that is engaging, scalable, and helpful for different populations is challenging. YouScience has worked pretty well in helping kids see possibilities, understand what talents and aptitudes they have, and how they can apply those. It benefits me in that I have ONE solution.

**What do you like best about YouScience Discovery?**

We use Youscience in our 26 pathways to see where our students are and where we need to go. The data helps our teachers to collaborate and have an understanding of what standards students have mastered.

**What do you dislike about YouScience Discovery?**

Nothing at this time, we have been happy with our service, integration and overall product.

**What problems is YouScience Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of our schools have only 1 teacher in a pathway but other high schools have similar. This helps us to see where are students are.

**What do you like best about YouScience Discovery?**

The YouScience report states what you know about yourself but haven't taken the time to articulate.  This tool is especially valuable for students discovering who they are and struggling to identify their abilities and personality characteristics.

**What do you dislike about YouScience Discovery?**

YouScience is becoming the comprehensive platform for student preparation.  There are some growing pains as they integrate more organizations/platforms/resources.

**What problems is YouScience Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YouScience Discovery is helping us better prepare students for careers and life by assessing student abilities and interests, then connecting both to viable careers in which students are more likely to thrive.
