It is mobile friendly! The best feature for those who are on the field always

The learning curve is pretty high but on the other hand I like that the features are extensive and tailored

I wanted to ensure my field team stays update on all the information. The manual data errors have reduced by a lot

I like that it is an easy interface for our company to use, keeps us organized.

**What do you like best about Youreka?**

Youreka is easy to use as an admin or end user, multiple templates and simple form building. 
Different licence levels also help with managing templates and access.

**What do you dislike about Youreka?**

You're unable to use the information gathered to write back to salesforce, which is the main reason we purchased Youreka in the first place. 
This is a salesforce enforced situation.

**What problems is Youreka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it for client feedback, a youreka form was sent automatically and was aimed at saving our client team time gathering feedback.
It allowed us to make the client team more efficient.

**What do you like best about Youreka?**

Forms are easy to view on salesforce and easy for our team to get us the infomation quickly. Forms are easy to create for anyone with or w/o experience

**What do you dislike about Youreka?**

Youreka needs to add support for video. Pictures work well but video would be beneficial

**What problems is Youreka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to manage our assets and pin point when damage occurs and quickly rectify issues

Wish it had more interventions but I am sure that will come in time.

Deeplinks make it easy to open the mobile form with necessary prefilled information.

**What do you dislike about Youreka?**

Currently the only thing I can say is missing is ability to capture video from within the app.

**What problems is Youreka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inscpection forms for our equipment. Has allowed us to get off legacy platforms that did not integrate well with Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Youreka?**

We have implemented Youreka forms for various business requirements, and have found it to be a very versatile tool.  From simple customer feedback surveys to more in-depth new customer enquiry forms with multi-layer conditional formatting and logic.  

The design of the forms is straightforward and intuitive, and new forms can be created with a short turnaround time from concept to on-screen.  Completed forms are easily found as they are stored against the relevant Salesforce objects or in the Youreka app itself using list views.  The support from Synaptic is also very helpful and attentive.

**What do you dislike about Youreka?**

Extracting completed form data can be tricky, but is possible!

Give it a try, very versatile product

We used Youreka as part of a customised salesforce implementation.
The product is purely amazing and easy to integrate.
From our point of view it was the customer experience. Their support team are amazing, helpful and go the extra mile to help you succeed.
If you need a product like suceed look no further!

Nothing to dislike. It really is a good all round application with awesome support.

**What do you like best about Youreka?**

The Youreka product is great and unique in that it could solve a problem for us that no other vendor could.  You can pull in Salesforce data without having to have every question on the form be a Salesforce field.  The form is easy to configure and update and the team that we work with is unmatched as far as customer service and knowledge is concerned.

There is nothing that we don't like about the tool

This tool allows Salesforce users to leverage Salesforce data to create requests and forms that also require none Salesforce data.  We can use the forms internally to submit requests and we can also make them customer facing.  This tool is unique in that you can both use Salesforce data and configure your own questions.

**What do you like best about Youreka?**

I work for a small educational charity and have very little experience working with CRM and Salesforce, but the team at Youreka have been exceptionally helpful in explaining how to use their products, helping us become more efficient. I have spent a number of hours on the phone with the team with them talking me through how to set up forms/quizzes that automatically update contact pages when complete, which is so useful for us. I am looking forward to seeing how we can use Youreka even more, and feel happy knowing that we will have the support of the team there.

**What do you dislike about Youreka?**

I think there is still a lot more that we can do with Youreka that I am not aware of yet, so at some point it would be good to be given more info on this.

It has streamlined the process by which all our volunteers complete an online quiz, which automatically updates their contact page.
