As our shopify brand grew we learned that we needed to start charging sales tax in various states. The idea of registering in all of these states and managing the remittance sounded like a nightmare. There are some programs you can do it yourself (such as TaxJar) but their reviews in the shopify app store were horrible and really scared me off. So we started looking for a managed service and came across Yonda.
We have been using them for over a year now and cannot say enough good things. It has completely taken the stress of sales tax off my plate and it is priced competitively with SELF-SERVICE options like TaxJar. There is nothing I do not like about Yonda. One minor annoyance I had at the beginning was that I had to take a picture of all the mail I received and send it to them, but now they offer a virtual mailbox that it can be sent to instead so i dont have to do that anymore.
