Easy to send out mass emails that are still personalized. There's a free feature and an upgraded feature that lets you send out more emails per day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM)?

Even with the upgraded feature, you can still only send out up to 1,500 emails per day unless you purchase more. The function often crashes halfway through and says we couldn't send out all of your emails. It's then tough to start sending again without duplicating the ones that were already sent. It's not very straightforward to use, and the customization functionality is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a very bad experience & I was facing the issue of the reports which were not accurate when comparing in the google sheet & Yamm dashboard. I escalated the issue & they took more than 3 days to sort this. And finally, they dint sorted the issue. When we asked for the refund if they don't sort the issue at the earliest. After 3 days they immediately refunded instead of sorting the issue which is very very disappointing. We also validated the percentage value which was available in the tool & the percentage on our website. Both were not accurate. Overall it is a very Bad Experience. I like that I can track email receipts, but that is about all that I can say positively for this product. It's really been quite a headache in our internal operations department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This service requires I log out of all my email accounts, which really inhibits my productivity, as I have a job that requires a lot of juggling.
