The software is quite easy to use and uses the power of Gmail's services to make easy work of emailing hundreds of contacts at the same time. Very useful for lightweight projects. It is also better priced than a lot of competitors. Reporting is also really good and like you can create new lists from subsets of other lists, like people who clicked a link. It usually gets hard to share when you need to share images in merges, as at least there is no option to add pictures in the free version, as far as I know.
