## About yeses.io
yeses.io runs the approval loop for design, content and product work. Most of the delay in getting sign-off is not the reviewing — it is the chasing: the follow-up message, the "did you see this?", the meeting booked to get three people to agree to something they already agreed with. yeses.io takes that part over. You send a file, a page or a decision for review once. Each reviewer opens an individual link and gives one of two answers: approve, or request changes. Reviewers need no account, no signup and no password, which matters because the people whose sign-off you need are usually occasional participants — a client, a legal reviewer, a brand owner, a busy executive — who will not create a login for someone else's tool. If a reviewer goes quiet, yeses.io follows up on its own: a reminder every two business days, up to three times per review. Approval flows can run in multiple stages, with a custom response window for each stage, so the right people are asked at the right point rather than all at once. What comes back is a record rather than a thread. Every decision is attached to a person, a timestamp and a specific version. If a file changes after someone approved it, that approval is flagged as stale, so nobody discovers later that sign-off was given against an older draft. Comments pin to the thing being discussed instead of scattering across email and chat. Teams use it for design review and client proofing, creative and artwork approval, marketing campaign sign-off, content approval before publishing, and recording product decisions before development starts. Slack notifications are available on paid plans. Reviewers are unlimited on every plan, including the free one — you are never billed for the people whose approval you need. Pricing scales on how many projects are in review at once. The free plan covers one active project with no time limit; paid plans start at $79 per month, and every plan begins with a 30-day trial of the Business tier with no credit card required.
