The only minor hiccup we encountered in our collaboration with Xtivia was a slight oversight regarding utilizing hours within the contract term. While we initially didn't realize that unused hours would be forfeited, we acknowledge that we are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and understanding the terms outlined in the contract. They found someone skilled in the area that we needed and dispatched her immediately to work on our emergency issue the first time. The second time. we were able to get the same resource in a timely manner and she is amazing. Someone said something about cost... the pricing is fair, AND you get a high end skill set. I have worked with top leadership and 6+ developers at XTIVIA. They all have a high-level of expertise, are customer driven, and are excellent communicators. XTIVIA team members are great at brainstorming viable solutions as they are very aware of the latest trends in web design. They ask thoughtful questions to help prioritize development needs. They act as an extension of our own internal team to enable seamless integration. They are patient in understanding our business requirements and open to discussions or debates on overall design and site architecture. All of our projects have been completed on-time and on budget with clear communication and updates throughout. Overall, they are excellent at solving unforeseen issues.
