The second time. we were able to get the same resource in a timely manner and she is amazing. Someone said something about cost... the pricing is fair, AND you get a high end skill set. I have paid higher consulting dollars for support that was basically half as good. If even half. **What do you dislike about Xtivia, Inc.?** I have not experienced a downside. The more I work with them the more I am committed to using them to help resolve our issues! **Recommendations to others considering Xtivia, Inc.:** I would call with your issue and see if they can manage it. I feel confident that if it's not in their wheelhouse they will let you know. **What problems is Xtivia, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** We looked high and low for someone who could help us with a Sharepoint issue that we were having because our SQL Database was on the same server as our Sharepoint Database and we didn't want to bring the SQL Database down to do a re-boot because we didn't want to affect Production. I reached out to an industry special interest group and a couple of people there recommended XTIVIA, one of them I knew well (and trusted). I asked him if he had direct experience with the Sharepoint server issue that we were having and he said 'No, but if you contact Don and he says they can do it, they can do it!'. I contacted Don, he got us a skilled Sharepoint guru and DBA and she fixed the problem immediately on our first call together (it wasn't something easy either, she did try a couple of things but knew what she was doing). Fast forward a year - we are currently working through an upgrade with our IT Support company (our team doesn't have Sharepoint expertise, but they have a lot of server expertise) and we re-contracted with XTIVIA and even our fussy IT Support company is commenting on the skill level of the consultant that we have. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them in a heartbeat. If we ever ran up against another IT issue that was unsupported by our IT Support company, I would call in XTIVIA - aka the A Team. ### 4. They really took the time to understand our goals and helped to prioritize our project plan. As the project progressed, the complexity of the integrations really became apparent and the XTIVIA team was very solution focused and were crucial in developing the right approach. The team went beyond the expected web development and content management services and became a true partner as we worked together to deliver a digital experience that our users love. **What do you dislike about Xtivia, Inc.?** Not sure I can add anything here. I do appreciate that they used a blend of US-based and off-shore developers to keep the budget reasonable. **What problems is Xtivia, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were seeking a supplier who had strong experience implementing Liferay DXP and integrating solutions with a range of digital tools. We were bringing together three dated web properties, and needed a partner not only for web development, but also to help us refine the scope/plan for the project. ### 5. And they were able to provide resources any time I requested them, even with short timelines. Finally, their resourcing model was extremely flexible, they were able to provide a mix of on and off-shore resources. **What do you dislike about Xtivia, Inc.?** I don't have anything to share on this, there have not been any challenges working with them. **What problems is Xtivia, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** XTIVIA is providing Front End Web Development resources; Architect, Engineers, and Operations. These resources helped us relaunch our Marketing website with a new design and brand guidelines. The work they did required extensive knowledge of Web Tech stacks, i.e. Headless CMS and Next.js. Note - this is the second time I've partnered with XTIVIA for the use case described above and both times I've had a great experience working with them. ### 6. I have yet to find someone that didn't work out for us during the many projects we have had spanned over the past 11 years. They all have a high-level of expertise, are customer driven, and are excellent communicators. XTIVIA team members are great at brainstorming viable solutions as they are very aware of the latest trends in web design. They ask thoughtful questions to help prioritize development needs. They act as an extension of our own internal team to enable seamless integration. They are patient in understanding our business requirements and open to discussions or debates on overall design and site architecture. All of our projects have been completed on-time and on budget with clear communication and updates throughout. Overall, they are excellent at solving unforeseen issues. Deliver projects on time and within budget. I used Xtivia at multiple companies, and they are always the first company I turn to for support when I need outside services. Xtivia has provided various services for companies I have worked for, such as SQL support and managed services, web development, cms contentful administration, HubSpot administration, office365 and SharePoint support and configuration. **What do you dislike about Xtivia, Inc.?** There are no downsides to Xtivia from what I have experienced.
