## About xTiles
Create an infinite canvas where cards resemble a neatly organized collection of inter-related ideas, like sticking notes. They serve as units of thoughts with clear borders, displayed on a squeaky-clean white canvas. We betted on clear-cut and intuitive functions to preclude the document from becoming messy as the number of cards augments. They include drag'n'drops; deep dive; tabs within a document; embedded pictures, videos, and links; sub-pages and notes. Get a well-organized, easy-to-navigate space.

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

Flexibility, numerous templates, embeds for every occasion you need.

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

At the moment I cannot incorporate it in every aspect of my life

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planning, brainstorming, collecting ideas, making knowledgebase

 ### 2. I plan, consolidate, and present my study materials in xTiles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie T. | Digital Marketer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

This tool is great for me because of its low barrier of entry. I'm not an advanced user and switching to brand-new tools is torture for me. I was using Padlet and Word but switched to xTiles because it's much better both for consolidating my study materials and showing them via online classes. The tool gives me much more freedom in organizing pieces of information in the way I want and thus I can create, fill, and structure new documents very quickly and then share them with my students. They also have a mobile app which I frequently use for my personal checklists and notes.

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

Nothing much. I don't have any special requirements, except I wish there would be more blocks available on a free plan.

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It got much easier now to organize my notes and pieces of information for online classes. I like that it's a tool both for lesson preparation and for presenting.

 ### 3. The most vivid note-taking app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmytro S. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2022

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

I've been using xTiles for five months so far and I what I like the most is the process of arranging objects that contain my notes and things I've found somewhere on the Internet. I like moving items around on the endless one-page document. Also this is the app to go with for collaboration with my team, for brainstorming and concept development, in particular.

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

I can't create pages (basically documents) in their mobile app for iOS, just take notes or edit previously created pages. I normally work with documents both on my laptop and on my phone, and sometimes I need to create a new one on the go using my phone which is now impossible in xTiles.

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to use Google Docs, so the biggest gain for me with xTiles is that I have much more freedom with what I can do with the pieces of content. And the documents themselves are much more aesthetically pleasing that those made in Google Docs, which is important for me as I've always been focused on making a document look well organized.

 ### 4. Personal and team knowledge management hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** cagigas C. | CTO, Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2022

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

An ability to collaborate. I started using xTiles for personal knowledge management and ended up using it for a team knowledge management. It's a place where we come up with initial planning and where we store our insights and findings.

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

I find that kind of hard to take notes on mobile but it's not a big deal considering that I mostly write from my PC.

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest yet very common pain point was losing valuable pieces of content we have previously found. Notes, findings, and files were fragmented and stored mostly in our Slack channels and as DMs. xTiles was simple enough to start storing important notes grabbed from our team's Slack workspace and to just take notes and store content. It was also flexible enough to organize in a free form the stuff we've stored. So, basically we didn't organize our knowledge base in xTiles, but we have realized it was gradually formed.

 ### 5. A great tool for organizing marketing research

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton B. | accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2022

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

It is very important for research to share a well-finalized and well-structured document. This is the biggest gain with xTiles. It's really easy to polish documents by organizing tiles. I like that I can make columns of tiles instead of the plain document in Google Docs. The tool is also good for personal management. I plan my entire day in the tool, including my work tasks, a studying plan for the online course I take, and my chores.

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

Lack of templates, in particular for my current use cases. I do a lot of analytics mentioned above and I have to duplicate documents of previous analytics and clear the data to use the structure of the document for similar analytics. The tool also lacks an ability to make calculations.

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do a lot of marketing analytics like SWOT, PEST, competitive analysis, market volume estimation, etc. I like how easy I can organize the inputs and then create an eye-pleasing structured document with my insights to share with my clients.

 ### 6. Great Notion Alternative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alice Z. | Product Manager Assistant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2022

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

The best part of the service is simplicity when it comes to initial onboarding. After I tried Notion and Roam Research, xTiles was much easier for me to start.

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

Lack of export to PDF. Although, theu announced this release pretty soon

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing information in one place. I'm a visual person. And it's crutial for me to have a big picture of my work. When it comes to xtiles, I have everything organized in one spatial workspace, and it's great.

 ### 7. xTiles helps me planning and creating our communication strategies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandra K. | Public Relations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

I like that it's kind of an all-in-one tool where I can keep my to-dos, brainstorm both solely and together with the team, and save some findings. Eventually I can create a structure of our future publications using cells which they call tiles. It's easier for me to organize and structure content when I can move it around rather than cutting and pasting.

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

I have to shift between tabs all the time when I collect some fragments which I will later use as inspirations for generating content. I think a web clipper would resolve this issue. Apart from this, the tool is great.

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to streamline content creation and planning of our entire communication strategies enriching them with all necessary attachments of any extension.

 ### 8. Best tool to write a sales pitch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bogdan R. | Partnerships Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

Because of the cards that are used in xTiles, I found the perfect way for me to compose sales offers.

Nowhere else have I found such a convenient option for reflowing text. The visual drag feature that has xtiles, replaced copy/paste for me. This is amazing!

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

The lack of a mobile version prevents me from using xtiles for taking notes. But that's not a big problem. They seem to be announcing the launch of the mobile version in the near future

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to catch my pitch ideas. I also found it convenient to use it for writing articles and discussing them with the team. The fact that xtiles has the ability to collaborate makes it very convenient for co-editing or reviewing a draft of an article.

 ### 9. Simple tool for taking notes and organizing my findings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vira S. | Relationships Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

I really like how easy it is to organize pieces of content and the hierarchy of documents using sub-pages and tabs. I also like that I can see the references preview, as I leave many of links, so it's really easy to get lost. We also keep our to-dos and a backlog for our project in the tool, so it's been basically an all-in-one solution.

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

t's quite difficult to take notes on the mobile, so I can't really use it when I need to drop a line or save a piece of content on the go.

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really streamlined my research. I've been able to easily segment my findings and prepare a finalized research paper to share with the team.

 ### 10. The tool allow don't lose a context

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra S. | PR Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about xTiles?**

I like to do one-pagers which help me to make a plan or presentation to my team. There are a lot of layouts provided by the product that are convenient. I like the flexibility of Dnd I can move any object to any place, but it's more strict compared with whiteboards.

**What do you dislike about xTiles?**

Workspaces features look not ultimate, and it prevents me to use xTiles in a team. But I am waiting for next versions and hope they fixed itaces features looks not com

**What problems is xTiles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Strategy planning, brainstorming and research.
