For groups who are looking for a far reaching organization with a lot of infrastructure, Xsolla is very strong. **What do you dislike about Xsolla?** I have ran into many customers who complain about Xsolla's refund and repair processes. Users who have had their accounts compromised don't have routes to restoring control or removing flags from their system. While I'm sure some of these are valid, it seems to be too strict of an approach that leaves many potential customers without a valid way to pay. This is potentially restrictive to your business. **What problems is Xsolla solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide billing solutions and support for billing issues. We don't have to handle payment processing or international fees and exchange rates. ### 2.
