**What do you like best about XPO-Online?**

XPO Online is among the most effective providers that include a large amount of automations. It does everything we need to take care of the target markets, especially to solve the interaction problem. XPO Online is a great contractor with lots of features by which you can automate emails. They are very easy to learn and easy to navigate. Developing email advertising and marketing campaigns is very easy as they also had completely free design templates.

**What do you dislike about XPO-Online?**

Occasionally it becomes challenging to navigate your resources due to restrictions. Tracking comprehensive automation reports is difficult. Occasionally it ends up being slow to load.

**Recommendations to others considering XPO-Online:**

If a person is new to using the tool then they need to make use of active campaign to increase their service as it is an excellent device to keep track of customers and also help with monitoring.

**What do you like best about XPO-Online?**

XPO Online has all the notifications anyone would want, which is both a bad point and a good thing. It's a great understanding that we can have specific reports, assistance metrics, sales dashboards and so on if we put enough people behind them and clarify our groups, but getting to that factor has been quite difficult. We have several people responsible for our XPO Online instance, which can create issues such as damage to fields because someone else was editing and improving them.

**What do you dislike about XPO-Online?**

This is most likely due to the method we implemented in XPO Online, but I would like there to be more integrated logic, so it's much more failsafe in terms of default capability. In addition, we often have concerns about connecting internal devices to XPO Online because it requires a programmer with specialized knowledge of XPO Online applications.

**Recommendations to others considering XPO-Online:**

Right away, we have one or two XPO Online managers who just take care of the program, rather than making it a large number of work components from different individuals. Have an expert XPO Online administrator! A lot can go wrong if there are too many operators for the same purpose.

**What problems is XPO-Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it can be a central hub for an excellent amount of information from our customers, and that information can be handled in such a way that it doesn't require understanding the data source language or other technological skills. Anyone can exercise exactly how to produce XPO Online reports, for example, you just need to devote the right time to it.

I don't see any cons as of now. Just one thing is, it can be more user-friendly. That's it.

Opt for premium services and get the best advantage of the entire services. If you have trouble with recruitment process outsourcing, performance management, change management and similar things, then go for XPO Online without any second thoughts.

Staying up-to-date with the industry trends.
Operating usual enterprise transactions by making use of mobile easily.

Relatively easy to find the main session. However, the breakout sessions could be easier to find. Perhaps putting all the sessions in one place would help.

**What do you like best about XPO-Online?**

I use XPO Online platform as the best free of cost solution I could find for the better growth and development of my business. It helps me and my team keep in touch with our regular and new clients all over the world and it helps in making the complete beneficial decision by using the appropriate applications.

**What do you dislike about XPO-Online?**

The features of the software are cutting edge but I would appreciate a bit more user-friendly layout. XPO Online is overwhelming and takes a while before you get used to it. It seems like the customer service staff is limited, always putting us on long wait before transferring the call to the operator and the mobile app is a bit buggy.

**What problems is XPO-Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Xpo Online helps in optimizing software investment which helps businesses minimizing the risk of constantly changing technologies and it proves to be much updated. With the latest industry trend and provide the best software solutions in business areas like e-commerce and web design.

**What do you like best about XPO-Online?**

Using XPO has brought out the shine in my business growth and productivity. My team and I take full advantage of its update trendy software solutions. With the help of XPO mobility services, we can operate business transactions via mobile devices s it provides great mobile development services in all mobile platforms. We can make appropriate decisions with its data analysis services, which gives us insight into sales and marketing.

**What do you dislike about XPO-Online?**

I would appreciate it if they could improve their layout to be a bit more user-friendly. It gets the user to take a while before fully understand what the platform is offering and how we can use it. I like if we could get a signed copy of BOL.

**What problems is XPO-Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best part of this platform is the services they provide for CRM and ERP just according to our suited needs their system let us develop a system with all the necessary specifications according to the requirements which help us to track and maintain the customer relations.

**What do you like best about XPO-Online?**

Their website, I found it extremely helpful in tracking our shipments in gives me an idea on when we are going to expect our shipments. It also helped me to stay connected globally.

It is a small company so it sometimes difficult for the user to contact customer support, Moreover, the user-interface is a bit complicated and it took me time to get the hang of it.

The need to work in the customer support department.

The best thing I enjoyed in my user-experience that it is free without any trial periods. I got access to all the premium features and great tools that aids the user in the filtering process. The software is very easy to use and greatly productive.

**What do you like best about XPO-Online?**

It's free without any trial periods or issues related to customer service. It gives you full access to amazing features with great leads, good recruitment services and top filtering tools. Excellent!

**What do you dislike about XPO-Online?**

Customer Support is already really good, but due to the fact the company's relatively small they might need to hire more people to work in that department. Other than a few waiting times, I never had an issue with them.

**Recommendations to others considering XPO-Online:**

Take advantage of the whole services. Most of the are free to access, so a trial period might help you find more sales leads anytime you need them. Their recruitment services are also amazing.

**What problems is XPO-Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better recruitment services than other companies, great interface and easy-to-use tools that give you instant access to sales opportunities. It's all in one -- something that I haven't considered before.

Customer services need to be improve. just little longer waiting time. But not a big issue.

**What do you like best about XPO-Online?**

We use XPO for much of our shipping needs. Their website is extremely helpful when tracking our products. We use this to know when to expect shipments, when our shipping are arriving at their destinations, to research mis-ships, and track damages. 

**What do you dislike about XPO-Online?**

Being able to download the signed copy of BOL would be extremely helpful and time saving for us. If we need a signed copy we have to call the local office and have them email. It is frequent that we request signed BOL's. 

**Recommendations to others considering XPO-Online:**

If you move freight with XPO this can be a really helpful tool to keep track of your shipments! 

**What problems is XPO-Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to tell before hand if a product is shipping to the right destination, we have a lot of mixups between our Columbus, IN and Columbus, OH locations.
