There are many reasons to highly recommend Xoralia. The onboarding process was seamless, beginning with a smooth proof-of-concept that easily transitioned into our live Integrated Management System (IMS) directly within our own SharePoint tenancy. It integrates flawlessly with the Microsoft ecosystem, giving users the flexibility to interact with files either through the dedicated Xoralia application or directly on a standard SharePoint page.

I am particularly impressed by the "favourite," "must-read," and "recent document" widgets, which made it incredibly easy to embed Xoralia directly into our existing SharePoint intranet. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and simple for both end-users and administrators to navigate, and its recent update gives it an even sleeker, more modern look. Performance has been rock-solid with no software issues, and document indexing completes in a very reasonable timeframe.

Ultimately, we chose Xoralia because of its exceptional value. Because it deploys directly onto the Microsoft 365 tenancy we are already paying for, the cost is significantly lower than alternative IMS products. Looking ahead, I am keen to explore its AI features further once we have fully embedded the platform and established a strong compliance culture across our workforce. Finding aspects to dislike about Xoralia is genuinely difficult. Our implementation layout is slightly unique compared to standard use cases, as we operate with a small, dedicated team acting as authors for all company documents. Because of this setup, our central authoring team tends to receive a high volume of email notifications. I use Xoralia to manage our integrated management system documents and keep them up to date with clear ownership. I like the review and approval workflow, compliance dashboards, searching within document content, and validity and expiry management. These help me keep control of our integrated management system and comply with ISO 9001 clause 7.5. Setup was quite easy, and we had good support from Content Formula. We have had a very positive experience with Xoralia overall, and there were no significant issues that negatively impacted our implementation or day-to-day use of the platform. Xoralia has been an excellent content management solution for our organization. The implementation process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to navigate, allowing us to get up and running with minimal disruption. The Xoralia team at Content Formula has been incredibly responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

Our biggest challenge during the implementation process was that we needed to convert our 900+ pieces of content from an HTML based format to standard Word documents. The Xoralia team was supportive of this process and worked with the timeline we needed to accomplish the task. They also customized their standard implementation process to support the Features we wanted to release first (i.e., Document upload, Approval Workflows, Webparts, then Attestation function).

One of the biggest strengths of Xoralia is that the team genuinely listens to customer feedback and turns suggestions into meaningful software updates. That level of responsiveness gives us confidence that the product will continue to evolve in practical, user-focused ways.

Of the policy management software options we considered, Xoralia provided the greatest value for the largest number of features. We reviewed another company with essentially the same core capabilities, but its price tag was more than three times higher than Xoralia’s. That combination of robust functionality and strong value made Xoralia stand out during our evaluation.

The platform is also easy to use for both end users and document owners. End users can quickly locate the documents they need, while document owners have a clear and straightforward experience managing updates, revisions, and publication.

The performance has also been great. During implementation, we did experience some website slowness that initially concerned us, but the Xoralia team worked extensively to identify the root cause and resolve it. There is no way to Archive documents within Xoralia itself. It must be done on the SharePoint side. However, our company is looking at ways to try to automate some of that ourselves. I love that Xoralia extends SharePoint rather than replacing it, keeping documents in our existing libraries while maintaining version history, permissions, and retention. The attestation and read tracking provide real evidence instead of chased email confirmations, and having audit and exam artifacts readily available is incredibly useful. I also appreciate the native SharePoint integration, which reduces the 'where do I find the policy' questions significantly. The fact that it was a straightforward decision for our institution, already invested in Microsoft 365, and that it has held up in practice is reassuring.
